Your Role
As a skilled Plumber | Maintenance Worker, you'll be at the journeyman level, handling plumbing tasks such as installation, construction, alteration, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Your expertise extends beyond plumbing, encompassing a variety of trades duties in compliance with applicable codes and regulations.

Responsibilities include reviewing work requests, consulting with user departments, and interpreting blueprints to determine materials and equipment requirements. You'll estimate project costs, perform operational and safety risk assessments, arrange work schedules, and assemble necessary supplies, tools, and equipment. Your duties also involve installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing plumbing components, ensuring compliance with codes and standards. Engage in preventative and predictive maintenance programs, inspecting systems and fixtures for repair needs, and contributing to operational instructions and maintenance procedures.

This is a permanent full-time position, Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00.
