Connective is a reputable non-profit committed to fostering safe and inclusive communities. As a Justice Service Worker, you will collaborate with various agencies, including Probation and Mental Health, to assist clients in achieving their goals.
Your role involves delivering life skills assistance and monitoring client well-being through direct support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide life skills training in cooking and communication
• Assist with employment readiness and resume preparation
• Monitor client well-being and report to case managers
• Maintain electronic client files and documentation
• Coordinate transportation for new client move-ins
Requirements:
• Diploma in Human/Social Services field
• One year of relevant experience or equivalent
• Class 5 driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Proof of vaccination as required by regulations
• Authorization to work in Canada
