In this role, you will assist individuals facing challenges by fostering life skills and promoting their personal development. Collaboration with agencies, including Probation and Mental Health, is a crucial part of this position. The ideal candidate is flexible with their schedule, including availability for weekend and evening shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate life skills training in various areas
• Monitor and document client well-being and progress
• Operate security systems and report any concerns
• Maintain client case files and monthly reports
• Coordinate client housing and transport needs
Requirements:
• Diploma in a relevant field with one year of experience
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and vehicle
• Willingness to follow vaccination guidelines
• Proof of eligibility to work in Canada
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
