Key Responsibilities:
• Guide behavior management and coping strategies
• Engage in crisis intervention and support
• Maintain a clean and safe home setting
• Keep accurate documentation of progress
• Facilitate recreational activities for personal growth
Requirements:
• Diploma in Human or Social Services
• Experience with diverse youth needs preferred
• Valid BC Class 5 Driver's Licence
• Consent to criminal background check
• Reliable vehicle access
