Position: Open Door Group Customized Employment Role
Become a Customized Employment Specialist at Open Door Group, where you'll support individuals in the Kamloops area in overcoming workforce challenges. This casual position requires a passion for community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate individual assessments and employment planning

• Provide ongoing job coaching and skill enhancement

• Promote community connections and inclusion

• Work with employer and community partners

• Document client progress and maintain records

Requirements:

• Diploma in Social Sciences or related disciplines

• Minimum of two years experience in employment services

• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Clear criminal background check required
