Focused on systems navigation, the Community Outreach Worker will assist LNIB Members across various life stages. This position encourages individuals and families to connect with essential resources while building their resilience and self-sufficiency. Collaboration with other Human Services staff is crucial for delivering comprehensive support that respects the community's cultural values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with members to identify needs and create support strategies

• Help access housing, training, mental health, and cultural services

• Facilitate connections to reduce isolation within the community

• Support skills development through workshops and mentoring

• Maintain effective communication for integrated service delivery

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in a relevant Human Services field

• Experience with First Nations individuals facing barriers

• Strong documentation and organizational skills

• Ability to engage independently and within teams

• Commitment to culturally sensitive and strengths-based practices
