This full-time position within the Human Services department offers you the chance to work closely with youth aged 13-30 facing various challenges. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized support for housing and mental health issues

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Human Services or related field

• Relevant experience with First Nations communities

• Strong communication and facilitation skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
