• Develop and revise departmental procedures and programs
• Set up and facilitate activity areas for residents
• Assist in transporting residents to programs when required
• Promote social interaction through activities and events
• Maintain records and report feedback to the Team Leader

• Diploma or Certificate in recreation/leisure studies
• Experience working with seniors and understanding their motivations
• Familiarity with leisure principles and computer proficiency
• Valid driver’s license for transportation needs
• Successful completion of required background checks
