In the newly formed CRCL program, you will coordinate day-to-day operations, ensuring effective communication and support for frontline responders. This position demands a strong background in mental health and crisis response, as you mentor staff while maintaining a focus on client-centered service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate shift operations and support staff communication
• Provide mentorship and guidance to Responders
• Offer emotional support to team members during shifts
• Review documentation for compliance with program standards
• Facilitate onboarding and training for new staff
Requirements:
• Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Mental Health
• 4+ years in crisis response or community support
• Expertise in crisis intervention and de-escalation
• Strong documentation and mentoring skills
• Empathy and understanding of workplace wellness
