Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of residential care facilities

• Organize inspections following health protection guidelines

• Resolve compliance issues through investigations

• Assist with licensing applications and suitability assessments

• Educate licensees on care requirements and best practices

Requirements:

• Diploma in Social Services or Psychology

• Three years of experience in licensing or community care

• BC Class V Driver’s License for multi-site duties

• Familiarity with relevant legislation and health policies

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
