Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the outreach team for client stability

• Provide trauma-informed and culturally relevant care

• Lead cultural groups and organize community activities

• Help clients develop life skills and personal identity

• Promote traditional Indigenous healing practices

Requirements:

• Degree in Social Work or equivalent experience

• Experience with Indigenous peoples and cultural issues

• Strong organizational and communication abilities

• Clear criminal record check for the vulnerable sector

• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
