Join the School Board Office as a Family Support Case Manager to improve student attendance and engagement. This position emphasizes comprehensive support services for students and families.
The Diversion Case Manager will work collaboratively with school officials, families, and community agencies to identify barriers to educational success. Responsibilities include implementing intervention plans and providing case management support for students re-engaged in learning after breaks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate individualized support services for students
• Facilitate home visits to strengthen family engagement
• Conduct workshops for parental education
• Monitor student data for trends and needs
• Collaborate with counseling and administrative staff
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Social Work or related area
• One year of relevant experience required
• Background in behavioral health and equity-based practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license for travel
