Cultural Support Worker at KAFS

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide culturally safe support for trauma and grief

• Work with program teams to integrate cultural protocols

• Support access to land-based and ceremonial practices

Requirements:

• Recognized Elder or Knowledge Keeper within the community

• Deep understanding of Indigenous culture and practices

• Experience in trauma support and recovery

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and compassion
