Métis Family Connections Program Facilitator

Join the Métis Family Connections Program as a Facilitator, working full-time in a hybrid model to help Métis families thrive through resource connections and support services.

This role entails outreach and program navigation to assist families, ensuring they have access to essential child care and skills training opportunities. You will document barriers faced by families, collaborate on solutions, and foster a culturally inclusive environment for children aged birth to 18.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enroll families and distribute program information

• Conduct outreach to assess and address family needs

• Maintain communication and build relationships with families

• Plan events that enhance community connections

• Generate reports for funding and analysis purposes

Requirements:

• Post-secondary diploma in Education or related field

• Three years of relevant experience in community or social services

• Strong communicator with problem-solving skills

• Adaptable with technology, particularly Office 365

• Class 5 driver’s licence and successful background checks
