Crisis intervention and effective communication are fundamental to this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Program Participants in achieving independence
• Actively participate in program assessment and goal setting
• Ensure participant safety through effective supervision
• Collaborate with identified community resources
• Complete accurate case notes and required documentation
Requirements:
• Social Work degree or relevant certification
• Good understanding of mental health and substance use issues
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
• Criminal record check is mandatory
• Must register for Occupational First Aid within two weeks
