In the Tenant Support Worker position, your primary responsibility will be to guide Program Participants towards independence by developing crucial life skills. You will utilize your understanding of community resources and maintain professional boundaries while working closely with a diverse participant group. Crisis intervention and effective communication are fundamental to this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Program Participants in achieving independence

• Actively participate in program assessment and goal setting

• Ensure participant safety through effective supervision

• Collaborate with identified community resources

• Complete accurate case notes and required documentation

Requirements:

• Social Work degree or relevant certification

• Good understanding of mental health and substance use issues

• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills

• Criminal record check is mandatory

• Must register for Occupational First Aid within two weeks
