Position: Recreation Youth Worker Opportunity with TteS
Become a key figure in youth development as a Recreation Youth Worker with TteS, overseeing programs designed to enhance personal growth and well-being.

In this full-time role, you will facilitate recreational activities that inspire cultural identity and social skills among youth. You will collaborate with local community groups, assess needs, and ensure a safe and supportive environment. Your leadership will guide youth through engaging programs while fostering teamwork and cooperation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and supervise engaging recreational programs

• Evaluate and assess youth recreational needs

• Plan and coordinate activities and outings

• Document concerns and liaise with parents

• Promote health, safety, and well-being practices

Requirements:

• Graduate from Grade 12 with relevant experience

• Current Class 5 Driver’s License;
Class 4 preferred

• Must be 19 to 30 years old

• Strong coaching and motivational skills

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
