Homelessness Outreach Specialist BC

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in finding appropriate housing solutions

• Partner with community organizations and shelters

• Provide rapid response to homelessness situations

• Apply crisis management and de-escalation techniques

• Promote well-being and stability for individuals in need

Requirements:

• Completion of high school plus relevant courses

• Considerable experience working with marginalized populations

• Familiarity with community resource networks

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Valid BC driver’s license and vehicle required
