As a Case Manager at BCFMA, you will address client needs by conducting assessments, managing case information, and providing essential referrals. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills and a strong commitment to client advocacy while complying with BCFMA standards and policies. Your ability to navigate complex client situations will ensure that families receive the support they deserve.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive reviews of client cases
• Analyze client circumstances to inform decisions
• Monitor cases and maintain quality service standards
• Communicate effectively and confidentially with clients
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to solutions
Requirements:
• Two-year diploma or equivalent qualification
• Three years of client service experience in a relevant field
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office
• Experience with diverse populations and crisis management
• Understanding of Indigenous relations and cultural agility
