CRCL Program Coordinator Aboriginal Friendship Society

As part of its newly established CRCL program, KAFS is looking for a dedicated Coordinator to oversee operations and team support. In this role, you’ll facilitate daily operations, ensure highest standards in service delivery, and provide vital mentorship to responders during crises. Your efforts will contribute to culturally safe practices within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily crisis support team communications

• Mentor and coach staff for effective service delivery

• Assess and review documentation for compliance

• Engage in emotional support and team debriefs

• Create partnerships with community and emergency services

Requirements:

• Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related area

• Minimum 4 years in community-based support services

• Experience in crisis management and intervention

• Ability to provide coaching and mentor staff

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required
