As an Adult Day Service Worker, your focus will be on assisting clients with their daily living needs while actively participating in their care. You’ll transport clients to activities, helping them to engage socially and recreationally. This casual role offers you varied hours, from 0 to 37.5 hours, tailored to fit your lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide assistance with daily living tasks and programs
• Transport clients safely to recreational and social events
• Engage clients in life skills and meaningful activities
• Adapt program activities to meet individual needs
• Foster a supportive environment that encourages participation
Requirements:
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Experience working with diverse clientele
• Valid driver's license for transporting clients
• Flexibility to work within various scheduled hours
• Ability to modify activities for client engagement
