Community Advisor

Position: Community Advisor at Campus Living Centres
Take on the role of Community Advisor with Campus Living Centres, where you will help students adapt to college life while promoting a safe and respectful atmosphere. Your leadership will make a meaningful difference.

In this position, you will be responsible for creating educational and social programs that cater to the needs of students living in residence. As a role model, you will facilitate community engagement and support your peers while managing administrative tasks and emergencies. This full-time role requires on-site residence and flexibility in scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate educational initiatives and social events

• Enforce community living standards and address conflicts

• Mentor and guide residents through challenges

• Conduct regular meetings with Residence staff and students

• Assist with training sessions and operational tasks

Requirements:

• Prior leadership experience is highly valued

• Must possess First Aid & CPR Level “C” certification

• Successful completion of a Criminal Record Check

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

• Dedication to fostering a supportive community environment
