Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the Housing Focused Shelter Workers

• Respond to team communications promptly and clearly

• Assist with guest intakes and case management

• Enforce shelter rules and conduct crisis interventions

• Facilitate team debriefs and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in social services

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work with vulnerable populations

• Certification in Crisis Intervention and First Aid

• Proficient in MS Office applications
