This full-time role involves strategic planning and coaching to assist young individuals facing barriers in their educational and career pursuits. You will connect youth with essential community resources and enhance their job readiness through workshops. Collaboration with various stakeholders will be key in this impactful position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Aid youth in education and job planning
• Support in job applications and interviews
• Provide continuous coaching and encouragement

Requirements:
• Diploma in Social Services or related area
• Minimum one year of experience in youth support
• Familiarity with education and employment trends
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Valid BC driver's license and access to a vehicle
