Position: Casual Community Support Worker Role

This casual role allows you to assist clients in developing essential life skills and achieving their individual goals. You will collaborate with families and teams to create support plans that enhance the quality of life for clients. Ideal candidates will possess relevant experience and strong problem-solving capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and evaluate support plans with clients and families

• Facilitate activities to promote life skills and social inclusion

• Assist clients with daily living and health needs

• Organize recreational and vocational activities supporting client goals

• Document client progress and contribute to program enhancements

Requirements:

• Certificate in Human Services or equivalent

• Minimum one year of relevant experience preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Current First Aid/CPR certificate recommended

• Must be legally able to work in Canada
