The Tenant Support Worker role is focused on assisting Program Participants in achieving their individualized goals. This full-time position requires a committed individual with skills in crisis intervention, supervision, and community resource navigation. Your efforts will contribute to fostering independence and wellness among participants.
Key Responsibilities:
• Encourage independent living for Program Participants
• Support assessments and goal-setting processes
• Mitigate risks through supervision and support
• Liaise with community resources for effective service
• Conduct wellness checks as required
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Social Work or equivalent experience
• Strong communication and conflict management skills
• Team-oriented with community resource knowledge
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
• Completion of Occupational First Aid Level 1
