We are looking for Forklift Operators to join our reload team in Surprise, Arizona.

Lumber arrives at the facility by truck or rail. We are looking for a Forklift Operator to safely and efficiently transfer lumber from railcars to truck for furtherance.
Responsibilities include:
Operate forklifts to handle various weight capacities (under and over 12,000lbs.).Loading and unloading product from railcars and trucksSupport inventory control (inbound/outbound/on ground) and accurately document.Ability to prepare load plans for railcar, truck and/or container.Perform routine maintenance on vehicles and auxiliary equipmentInspect and verify product condition to ensure cleanliness and compliance with loading procedures.Suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of shop, department, or work crew.You Possess
Previous relevant forklift experience (capacity of at least 22,000 lbs.)Experience loading and unloading commodities from trucks or railcars an assetExperience working in a lumber yard is an assetA positive attitudeA strong safety mindsetSolid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environmentEmbody Arrow's values:
