Seasonal Traffic Control Supervisor

Enhance your expertise at Dawson Construction as a Seasonal Traffic Control Supervisor in Kamloops, BC. Ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently while managing traffic control setups.

In this full-time role, you'll report to the Foreman, Paving and play an essential role in coordinating traffic control plans. Collaborate effectively with crew members and stakeholders, as well as ensure compliance with safety regulations throughout highway construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement traffic control setups and monitor adherence

• Supervise performance of traffic control teams

• Inspect traffic sites and maintain safety standards

• Manage and track traffic control equipment inventory

• Effectively communicate with motorists and project partners

Requirements:

• BCCSA Traffic Ticket certification mandatory

• Lane Closure Technician certification necessary

• Class 5 Driver's License required

• Capability to lift 50 lbs routinely

• Experience with MoTT Projects is beneficial
