Save-On-Foods, part of Pattison Food Group Ltd., is seeking a reliable delivery driver. Your primary responsibilities will include delivering groceries safely, maintaining vehicle standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service recovery. You will collaborate with both the online shopping team and service center to address any customer issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver groceries in a fully equipped delivery van
• Provide exceptional service and support to customers
• Resolve customer service issues with the online team
• Adhere to safety standards while driving
• Maintain a clean and roadworthy delivery vehicle
Requirements:
• Must have a full class 5 driver’s license from BC
• Clean driver’s abstract is essential
• Previous experience in customer service is advantageous
• Strong work ethic and dedication to task completion
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
