As an experienced Chief Pilot, you will oversee CARs 702 and 703 operations under the Director of Flight Operations. Your responsibilities include managing pilot training, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining operational standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and supervision to all flight crew members

• Ensure pilot qualifications and training meet regulations

• Liaise with Transport Canada for operational compliance

• Participate in audits and inspections for operational excellence

• Oversee pilot scheduling and training events for compliance
Requirements:

• Valid Airline Transport Pilot Licence – Helicopter (ATPL-H)

• Minimum 500 hours of PIC, with 250 in last 3 years

• Strong knowledge of Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs)

• Previous experience in flight operations leadership preferred
