Overview

This is an interview position. To ensure timely delivery of packages to predetermined customers on specific routes, reviewing orders prior to delivery, load/unload vehicle and provide exceptional customer service to our client base. Flexible shift opportunities (min and max hours, days of work parameters will be determined based on business requirements).

Responsibilities include reviewing orders prior to delivery, loading/unloading the vehicle, delivering on predetermined routes, and providing excellent customer service to the client base.

• High school diploma/educational equivalent.
• Must have a valid full G license / Class 5 driver s license.
• In the province of Quebec, must be bilingual (French and English).
• Experience:
  
  None required; one (1) year customer-oriented business experience preferred.
• Time to learn/adjust to the job: approximately 3 months.
• Pay rate: $21.74 - Flex position - 05/26/2026;
  Job posting end date: 06/02/2026.

• Must achieve minimum threshold on mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training.
• Ability to successfully complete all basic and recurrency training.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Some knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations is an asset.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, handle stress and work in a highly pressured environment.

• Solid knowledge of the following: required pre-placement driver assessment, training, and safety requirements.
