Key Responsibilities:
• Enhance yard and road operational fluidity
• Provide tactical supervision of train movements
• Ensure accountability for safety and productivity
• Lead safety compliance and corrective actions
• Mentor Train & Engine employees
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous railway experience is essential
• 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Proficient in MS Office applications
