As a member of CPKC, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of rail movements within your terminal. Your leadership will define safety compliance while coaching Train & Engine employees to adhere to high operational standards. With your strong analytical skills, you will handle investigations and proactively engage in enhancing yard and road operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enhance service delivery with collaborative strategies
• Supervise all movements to comply with safety protocols
• Account for safety, productivity, and financial outcomes
• Mentor staff in operational standards and practices
• Oversee compliance for inventory management
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license required
• Previous railway experience as conductor needed
• 2+ years supervisory experience in logistics
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
