Position: Experienced Haul Truck Operator Needed
Nhwelmen Construction is hiring experienced Haul Truck Operators in the Kamloops / Thompson area to enhance our growing team. Earn between $28 to $35 per hour and enjoy long-term employment opportunities.

As an Off Road Haul Truck Operator, you will play a key role in our mining and civil construction projects. The position requires a strong focus on safety, equipment inspections, and a willingness to engage in manual labor. Ideal candidates possess a valid driver’s license and several years of operational experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure daily safety and operational checks on equipment

• Accurately complete maintenance logs and reports

• Support operations with manual labor and tool inspections

• Load and unload equipment and supplies as directed

• Maintain equipment cleanliness and adhere to safety protocols

Requirements:

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence with clean abstract

• 1–3 years’ experience operating haul trucks

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors

• Familiar with Hazard Assessments

• Experience in the mining industry is preferred
