We're hiring an experienced Class 1 Super B Driver for our night shift out of Merritt — steady, local, and home every shift. You ll run a Super B configuration hauling sawdust, wood chips and bulk wood residuals on dependable local routes, with quieter roads and a built-in night premium. Super B is our top tier, and nights pay the most we offer for local work — ideal for a strong driver who likes to run hard and get home.

• Starting $36.50/hr — includes a $2/hr night premium over the day rate — plus overtime after 45 hours/week
• Quarterly profit sharing — K-Bucks, 5–20% target — plus performance and safety bonuses
• Effective earnings approximately $38–$44/hr with profit sharing; illustrative $95,000–$107,000/year
• Full-time, permanent; night shift (e.g., 6:00 PM–4:00 AM), Tuesday–Saturday; home terminal Merritt, BC
