We’re seeking an experienced Advanced RPAS Pilot to lead complex drone operations and ensure regulatory compliance. This position offers both full-time and part-time options, contributing to project management while training junior pilots. You'll operate DJI systems and drive safety protocols to enhance our innovative drone services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct advanced RPAS operations and execute flight missions

• Perform pre-flight inspections and complete post-flight documentation

• Manage and coordinate multi-phase RPAS projects

• Develop safety management systems and standard operating procedures

• Mentor junior pilots and support skill development

Requirements:

• Valid Transport Canada Advanced RPAS Pilot Certificate

• Minimum 50 hours flight time on DJI platforms

• Clean flight record with safety performance history

• Proficient in flight planning software and regulations

• Strong project management and communication skills
