Become a crucial part of the Gordon Food Service team as a Driver Helper in Kamloops, BC. This role prepares you for a long-term driving career while providing excellent customer service.

We are seeking a Driver Helper (Driver in Training) who will assist in efficient deliveries of products. The position is a stepping stone towards obtaining a Class 1 license through the GFS MELT Program. Your collaboration with drivers will be instrumental in ensuring timely deliveries and fostering customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist drivers with safe and timely deliveries

• Build courteous customer relationships

• Complete daily check-ins without errors

• Communicate effectively with management on concerns

• Maintain good working relationships with team members

Requirements:

• Valid Class 5 license is a must

• Ability to lift up to 80lbs repeatedly

• Must obtain Class 1 learners within 3 months

• Strong customer service skills

• Willingness to collaborate with team members
