Position: Logistics Coordinator at Stella-Jones
Step into a pivotal role with Stella-Jones as a Logistics Coordinator supporting transportation operations at our Prince George plant. Manage shipping logistics for poles and rail ties while ensuring timely deliveries and strong communications.

As a Logistics Coordinator, you'll be crucial to coordinating outbound shipments by truck and rail. With a minimum of three years in logistics or transportation, you will leverage your organization and problem-solving skills to meet customer commitments. Additionally, experience with SAP and a proficiency in Microsoft Office will be beneficial for maintaining accurate freight records and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate outbound shipments of poles and rail ties

• Schedule trucks and railcars while meeting timelines

• Manage railcar orders and related paperwork

• Prepare accurate shipping documentation including bills of lading

• Enter shipment data into SAP and track inventory

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of logistics or transportation experience

• Experience coordinating rail and truck shipments

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP systems

• Valid driver's license
