Motorcoach Operator

Position: Full-Time Motorcoach Operator Role
TRAXX Coach lines is looking for dedicated Motorcoach Operators in Kamloops, BC. Provide safe, reliable transport across Western Canada while showcasing your excellent customer service skills in this full-time, temporary position.

As a Motorcoach Operator, you will play an essential role in ensuring safe and comfortable journeys for passengers. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role prioritizes compliance with safety protocols and a commitment to exceptional service. Candidates with prior decision-making and communication experience are preferred, particularly those who can work weekends and varied shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure passenger safety adhering to compliance

• Handle luggage efficiently and kindly

• Engage with passengers to resolve inquiries

• Inform passengers about trip updates and delays

• Conduct vehicle safety and incident reports

Requirements:

• Class 1 or 2 Commercial Driver's License with air brake

• Clean driver's abstract required

• At least 3 years in commercial driving roles

• Strong communication and customer service expertise

• Previous motor coach experience preferred
