In this permanent role, Canada Post seeks Delivery Agents to bring reliable service to Kamloops, British Columbia. You’ll start each day preparing deliveries in the depot and then embark on your route, making connections with people as you deliver mail. Enjoy an active job while serving your fellow Canadians.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sort mail and packages for daily deliveries
• Drive Canada Post vehicles to deliver shipments
• Deliver items outdoors by foot or vehicle
• Return to the depot to unload incoming deliveries
• Foster good customer relations during the delivery process
Requirements:
• Valid Class 5 or Class G driver's licence, minimum 3 years safe driving
• Physical stamina for lifting and carrying mail items
• Adaptability to various weather conditions
• Previous customer service experience is beneficial
• Background in delivery or driving considered an asset
