Class 3 Truck Driver

The Grocery People (TGP) is currently hiring two (2) Class 3 Drivers on a Permanent Part-time basis at our Warehouse location in Kamloops, BC.

If you have experience in commercial driving, the TGP Warehouse team wants to hear from you! Our Kamloops TGP location offers a great work environment, with a supportive leadership team.

• Operate Class 3 company vehicles safely and in compliance with transportation regulations
• Load, unload, and secure products for safe transport
• Verify shipments and complete required paperwork accurately
• Handle stock carefully to prevent damage
• Assist with inventory counts and warehouse operations
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and yard area

The Team:
You will work closely with warehouse team members. This team strives to cultivate a culture of safety, customer focus, and collaboration.

• Valid Class 3A driver’s license required
• Air Brakes endorsement required for operating specified trucks
• 3–5 years of experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment preferred
• Experience in a commercial driving environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and comply with all safety and PPE requirements
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize customer requests
• Ability to sit, bend, stand, and walk for 8–10 hours per day

• Competitive wages starting around $26.00 and going up to $35.00 per hour, with possibility for overtime.

Please note:

4 day, 10-hour shifts, Monday thru Friday. Will get weekends off and be home every night.
