Become a crucial part of the Purolator team as a morning Sorter in Kamloops, British Columbia. This role focuses on sorting and managing freight for timely deliveries every day.
Purolator is seeking a reliable AM Sorter to work from Monday to Friday, 2:00 AM to 8:00 AM, ensuring freight is sorted accurately by destination, weight, and size. This position does not require specialized education or prior experience, making it ideal for those looking to enter the logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Unload freight from trucks onto conveyors
• Sort and separate freight by various criteria
• Load freight into dedicated delivery vehicles
• Manage the scanning of mail and packages
• Transfer bulk items manually as needed
Requirements:
• Proficient in English for effective communication
• No prior experience necessary; training will be provided
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment
