Personal Insurance Associate - Renewal Team

As a Personal Insurance Associate for our Renewal Team, you will help protect individuals' most valuable assets. You will provide outstanding client service through a positive, friendly manner while educating clients on habitational, travel, and automobile insurance.

• Proactively engage with clients prior to policy renewals to review existing coverage, identify potential gaps, and provide tailored insurance solutions.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients, ensuring policy accuracy and updated coverage.
• Generate and identify cross‑sell opportunities by reviewing portfolios and recommending additional products.
• Achieve retention goals and client satisfaction targets through diligent follow‑up and personalized attention.
• Stay informed and knowledgeable about Personal Lines products to provide expert advice.

• Minimum 1‑year Personal Insurance experience.
• Level 2 General Insurance License is an asset, but not required.
• Desire and proactive ability to deliver exceptional client service.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a high‑volume, fast‑paced team environment.
• Keen eye for detail and a high sense of urgency.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales initiatives.
• Industry designation (CIP, CAIB, CRM, General Insurance & Risk Management Diploma) would be considered an asset.

The expected salary range is $50,000.00 to $55,000.00. Salary is affected by skills, experience, location, and other factors.

The employment offer is contingent upon completion of a successful background check.
