RIBW Overijssel zoekt een betrokken Ambulant Begeleider die cliënten ondersteunt met psychische kwetsbaarheid in hun dagelijks leven. Je werkt in Kampen en omliggende gemeenten en stelt samen met cliënten passende ambulante zorgplannen op. Je hebt een HBO-diploma in zorg en ervaring in de GGZ, met oog voor herstel en eigen regie.
Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s en ketenpartners en beschikt over relevante digitale skills (bijv. iPad) en een VOG.
