Become the heartbeat of Solace in a Kanata Office Coordinator role, where you manage facilities and coordinate co-op recruitment. This full-time, onsite position is integral to daily office operations.
In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for staff and visitors, managing the office space and enhancing employee experience. You’ll handle everything from office supplies to health and safety matters. Your creativity will be key in making Solace headquarters a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage front desk operations and visitor interactions
• Oversee kitchen and office cleanliness
• Coordinate with HR for recruitment and onboarding processes
• Implement solutions for a better workspace experience
• Manage vendor relations for office supplies
Requirements:
• Minimum 2-year diploma in Business Administration
• 3+ years in office management or similar roles
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient with MS Office and vendor communications
• Health and Safety Certification desirable
