Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the point of contact for clients and Physiotherapists

• Support Physiotherapists with their patient loads

• Organize and prepare chart packages for records

• Conduct clerical audits for discharged patient documentation

• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the clinic

Requirements:

• A Kinesiology degree or PTA/OTA qualification

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Critical thinking with solid time management

• Ability to perform under pressure and take direction

• Proven organizational abilities in a collaborative environment
