We are seeking an experienced and motivated Floor Manager to lead day‑to‑day showroom operations, support our sales team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience across all product categories. The Floor Manager plays a key role in maintaining energy on the sales floor, assisting with deal structuring, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, finance, and management.

• Lead and support the sales team on the showroom floor, providing guidance and coaching.
• Assist sales staff with product knowledge, deal structuring, and closing opportunities.
• Ensure customers receive a professional, welcoming, and informative experience.
• Manage floor traffic and assign leads to maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain strong product knowledge across Honda automobiles, motorcycles, and power equipment.
• Work closely with management and finance to ensure efficient deal processing.
• Monitor showroom standards, merchandising, and presentation.
• Help train new sales team members and support ongoing development.
• Track daily performance metrics and help drive team results.

• Previous automotive or powersports sales leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Passion for Honda products and enthusiast-driven retail is a strong asset.
• Valid driver’s license required.
