The Jurassic Tour Guide is a key ambassador of Kualoa Ranch and Hawaii’s rich cultural heritage. This role involves providing exceptional guest service while safely conducting engaging, educational, and immersive tours of Kualoa Ranch property. Guides drive company vehicles and share insights into the ranch’s unique history, geography, and cinematic significance, with a special focus on its role in famous movie scenes.

As a representative of the company, you embody Kualoa’s values and brand image while ensuring memorable guest experiences.

• Conduct safe and informative tours of Kualoa Ranch, focusing on its cultural, historical, and cinematic highlights.
• Drive and operate company vehicles to transport guests, adhering to all safety protocols and operational procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries, enhancing tour engagement, and promoting a positive visitor experience.
• Represent and promote Kualoa Ranch’s brand and values, creating lasting impressions on guests.
• Perform vehicle safety checks, assist with vehicle upkeep, and ensure proper tour equipment use and maintenance.
• Maintain professionalism and adapt tours to varying group dynamics and weather conditions.
• Collaborate with the tour team to ensure consistent quality of service.
• Perform moderate physical activities and work outdoors in various weather conditions as needed.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for 3+ years.
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for storytelling and guest engagement.
• Comfortable working outdoors in diverse weather conditions and capable of performing moderate physical activities.

• Full-Time, with open availability required, including weekends and holidays.
