Full time Patient Account Specialist/Biller position.

" We're looking for a passionate Patient Account Specialist (Biller) to perform billing and collection of insurance claims and private statements.

Responsibilities include:

• Performs timely and accurate billing & collection to Medicaid, Private and Hospice insurances
• Follow-up on missed payment and resolve financial discrepancies
• Address and resolve Medicaid cost shares discrepancies
• Assist with obtaining third party authorizations"

Requirements

This position is for HABC Graduates only

• "Associate Degree in Accounting or a combination of education and experience in healthcare related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare billing office.
• Have an attention to detail and good computer skills"
