Sign-On Bonus: $5,000! We are a rapidly growing, high-quality urgent care organization seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join our team in the suburban Boston area. As we continue to expand, we are looking for motivated, patient-focused providers committed to delivering exceptional, efficient care in a fast-paced clinical environment. Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Compensation:
  Base pay of $75–$85 per hour, with performance incentives of up to $25 per hour, resulting in an average hourly rate of approximately $96.
• Generous Paid Time Off:
  Five weeks annually, inclusive of vacation, holidays, and sick time.
• CME Support:
  Three paid CME days annually, with additional CME support provided.
• Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 upon joining the team.

  Medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan options, and additional benefits.

Requirements:

• Current and unrestricted Massachusetts Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• Minimum of six months of clinical experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or a comparable fast-paced setting; strong new graduates will be considered.
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication skills, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Availability to work every other weekend.
