Job DescriptionThe IM/COC Collaborative Tools Analyst/Instructor will deliver training programs and courses to Marines and their staffs, provide instruction on Marine Corps Program of Record (POR) systems and operational tactics, conduct hands-on training and assessments, and review lesson plans for accuracy and compliance.
- Deliver training programs and courses to Marines and their staffs
- Provide instruction on Marine Corps Program of Record (POR) systems and operational tactics
- Conduct hands-on training and assessments
- Review lesson plans for accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate with the academics officer to keep training synchronized with MAGTF-level C2 doctrine
- Deliver classroom and hands-on training on the use of collaborative tools
- Teach students how to configure, operate, and troubleshoot chat rooms and collaboration suites
- Demonstrate how collaborative tools support situational awareness and COP integration
- Assess student performance through written evaluations and practical applications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or formal DoD training
- Successful completion of a military or commercial basic instructor course
- 10 or more years of experience providing formal training and supporting Combat Operations Centers (COC) training events
- Five (5) or more years of experience providing training on Information Management and COC Collaborative Tools
- Demonstrated experience with the following systems: CAS, C2IE, MSS, TCS, GCCS, and digital chat systems
- Possess a current DoD Secret security clearance
- Five (5) or more years of experience supporting MAGTF Operations Center Training Team (MOCTT) and/or MAGTF Integrated Systems Training Centers (MISTCs)
- Active-duty USMC experience with IM and COC Collaborative Tools
- Possess a current CompTIA Security+ certification

This position requires U.S. citizenship and a U.S. government security clearance at the Secret level.
